Preparatory Assignment #1

Section 1: For my research topic, I decided to focus on how do choreograph dancing affect one's memory.

Section 2: I was drawn to this topic because it interests me to know how something I have been doing for years could help me, as well as others, not be affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I have been doing choreograph dancing for over ten years but when I started out I did not know something that I do for fun to have a significant on my health in the future. Before I could consider this topic an actual topic for my research topic I had to do some research to see if there are studies being conducted to determine whether or not dance could lower the chances of getting Alzheimer. I believe that knowing whether or not dancing could lower the chances of having Alzheimer is important because that will help with decreasing the number of individuals being diagnosed with Alzheimer. I plan on dissecting my research paper into multiple parts like "how dancing builds brain muscles", "What's the cause of Alzheimer's disease?" and "How the two relates?" By dividing my paper into these section I will allow my readers to see the connection to dance and Alzheimer's disease.

Section 3: At this point, knowing what age individuals should be participating in choreographed dancing in order for there to be a decrease in the chances of them getting Alzheimer is what's missing. This is a very important part because without knowing the age gap, the results on how choreograph dancing affect one's memory will not be beneficial.
