Annoying Ways People Use Sources

Dating Spider-Man
This kind of annoyance is leaving a quotation hanging by itself. There are times when write utilizes a very interesting quote but does not continue further and explain the quote or its importance to the topic. Without explaining a quote or placing a quote where it does not fit sets the readers up for disappointment. Often time after the readers read the quote they want to know the connection between the quote and the topic. If the author does not make that connection, then the readers are left disappointed and lost. The reason why Kyle Stedman named this annoyance “Dating Spider-Man” is because spider man is a very interesting guy and it is known that when he gets a call to save the day he stops whatever he is doing immediately without any warning. If you are on a date with him and he gets that call he is going to leave you without a warning. That will then cause you to wonder and feel disappointed.

Out of the annoying ways people use sources, the one that I do most in my writing is “Am I in the right Movie?” Often times my quotation gets blurted by the grammar being used not matching. Stedman suggested that by reading my essay out loud to my friend and if I stumble where I have inserted the quotation, then that means the quotation does not belong there or I could make some adjustments to make the quotation flow with the rest of my sentence.
When ranking the annoyances, I made a few slight changes based on how big of an impact the annoyances could have on the writing.
